SB 313 Training and Practice Documents
The Texas State Legislature has enacted SB313 and it’s required provisions for dentists operating in the state. While SB313 implement wide ranging changes to a host of rules, this training focuses on the changes to emergency preparedness while administering sedation in the practice. The purpose of the bill is to enact the recommendations of the Sunset Advisory Commission (Sunset) on the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE). TSBDE seeks to safeguard public health and safety by regulating dental care in Texas.
Learners will be advised on the administrative changes, current rules, and upcoming rules that are not yet put into place.
